The result of the medical checkup showed that my liver was normal, so I started the week with a local sake, a local sake that does not contain much of the local sake, with a moderate aroma and a delicious flavor.
One I got at an antenna store in Shinbashi
The rice used is Awa Yamadanishiki
Slightly sweet on the palate
The aftertaste is clean and dry.
It is an orthodox Jungin Shochu-shu.
Event.
Sake Fair 2024.
I can't read the label 🏷️😅
I asked the person in charge and he said it reads "Hisagotaikai".
It was my first time to hear it.
There are so many kinds of sake 😳.
This sake won the gold medal in 2024.
The color is clear.
The mouthfeel is moist and sweet. Fresh sweetness like pear 🍐.
Mild on the palate.
There is a ginjo aroma.
The sharpness seems to disappear quickly.
Gold medal winning sake 🥇....it is still different...☺️
Last night in Tokyo
The members of the same university all had their own things to do, so I ate alone.
I got tired of walking outside, so I finished near the hotel and started drinking in the room while working 🍶.
Awa Tensui
Purchased at an antenna store in Tokushima and Kagawa
Aroma is like white wine
Light sweetness followed by umami and astringency
Light, but delicious.
The sweetness is not fruity, but it's a nice match with the astringency afterwards.
The one bottle was gone in no time 🤣.
Nisshin Shuzo Taikoh Sake Brewery
Hatsu Shibori Junmai Genshu
This brewery is located in Kamiita-machi, Tokushima Prefecture.
Brewed with 70% polished rice of "Akisakari" produced in Tokushima prefecture.
Brewed with "LED Dream Yeast" from Tokushima Prefecture.
Gentle and refreshing aroma, mellow rice flavor
The fresh, clean aroma, mellow rice flavor, and the refreshing
A refreshing, clean aroma, mild rice flavor, and a crisp, clean aftertaste of the first pressing.
#Nihon-shu
Junmai Daiginjo from Awa Tokushima. This sake has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a nice sharpness. With this, the four prefectures of Shikoku have been conquered (laugh).
The bottle is interesting because the stopper is cork with metal fittings and has a characteristic bottle like a champagne bottle.
Purchased at the antenna store in Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan, Yurakucho.
Smooth and silky on the tongue.
It has a refreshing aftertaste.
It was my first time to try Tokushima sake, and it was delicious!
