Last night in Tokyo
The members of the same university all had their own things to do, so I ate alone.
I got tired of walking outside, so I finished near the hotel and started drinking in the room while working 🍶.

Aroma is like white wine
Light sweetness followed by umami and astringency
Light, but delicious.
The sweetness is not fruity, but it's a nice match with the astringency afterwards.
The one bottle was gone in no time 🤣.
