I didn't feel much of a sweet taste.
It was more like a dry taste.
It had the refreshing taste of "light".
It went well with grilled squid and other seafood dishes.

The second sake recomendation from Joetsu.
It is a honjozo, but it has a sharp taste.
It is good for flatfish sashimi and engawa.
Dry from clean fruity?
