A sweet and tasty drink 🍶. When I say sweet, I don't mean fruity sweetness, but the sweetness of rice 🍚. The more you chew, the sweeter it is. I don't have to choose what to eat with it. It went well with all of the side dishes my mom made 😋. It's like the delicious rice (🍚) became sake (🍶) as it is. This Sake is bold with a full and soft mouth feel. There is a strong rice flavor, some sweet, with hints of wood and caramel that lasts for a long finish. This is an interesting Sake for me and a learning experience. 🧐
