Drinking and cheering (2)
Continuing from yesterday's hope, I decided to drink and cheer ๐.
I like the idea of reviving from hope ๐.
I bought this sake after reading Rafa papa's post and knowing that it is also sold from the wishes of the brewer and the distributor ๐.
But my impression after drinking it is... too good ๐.
Even if they didn't go out of their way to say it was for disaster relief, it was a refreshing yet gentle sake that brought us back to life ๐.
I even tried heating it up, but it was so delicious as it was, I didn't bother to heat it up ๐.
It's nice to be able to support Hokuriku while enjoying such a delicious experience ๐.
Good morning Yasbaye ๐
I see you drank "Rebirth" ๐I was furiously moved by the fact that Suzuki Brewery planned this ๐ญIt's great that you know what it's like to suffer ๐โผ๏ธ I feel like someone has been following me lately... ๐คฃ
Hello, Pon-chan ๐
I thought I was cheering you up by drinking it, but it was so delicious that I felt like I was cheering you up as well ๐.
Maybe it's because the sake maker, liquor store, and many other people put their hearts into it ๐.
Hi Rafa papa ๐
I didn't know โ...I put a GPS on my back ๐คฃ
I know papa's tastes and the restaurants he goes to, so that's helpful๐
Zenkichi and the turtle are both sleeping in the fridge ๐.
Hi Yasbay ๐
Following Hope, Hokuriku cheering sake ๐ถ is a great trend โบ๏ธ It's a great pleasure for sake drinkers to be able to drink well and cheer ๐คค.
I hope it will be truly revived and further developed ๐.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby ๐.
Exactly... it's a privilege to be a drinker to be able to cheer you up with a good drink and good thoughts ๐.
I guess there is hope to be revived so we can all move on๐.
The Noto earthquake devastated 11 breweries in the Noto area.
However, Suzuki Shuzo Brewery sent a donation of 300 yen for every bottle of "Rebirth" sold, while Shinzawa Brewery and Kurumata Brewery took care of the surviving sake mash from Kazuma Brewery and squeezed it. They will send the money after the recovery. It is wonderful that they are working hard and helping each other when they are affected by the disaster.

Let us also support the affected areas and people for a long time to come!
Hi Shota ๐ฆ.
That's really great, I'm really happy to see you here! And all of you who are buying and drinking โจ unfortunately I couldn't buy this one, but I'd like to join the "wa" by drinking other support sake ๐.
Kikushika-san from Kaze no Shima, nice to meet you!
I would like to support you little by little while thinking about the people affected by the disaster. Sake and otherwise.
Good evening, Pon!
Efforts to support the recovery efforts have just begun. Enjoying Ishikawa sake is one way to support the affected areas. I believe it will encourage the people there.
Glossy and sour aroma.
Slightly chururin muscat and chemical melon.
Gentle and light. The mouthfeel is refreshing.
After swallowing, the gentle rice flavor softly and smoothly spreads out on the tongue.

One month has passed since the earthquake.
I am spending a hectic time in Tokyo, not much different from usual.
To be honest, the only time I remember the Noto Peninsula in a day is when I hear the news in the morning and when I have a drink with my supper.
But I must try not to forget.
We must not forget.
Thoughts connect and thoughts reach.
Together.

I know there are so many ways to help...
Hello Rafa papa. There are many ways to support other sake breweries, and it is good for consumers to be able to be involved in this connection by drinking sake. Rebirth itself is also a good sake ๐.
Rafa papa, Hi ๐Some positive news has come out, such as Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City has safe rice for sake, and Shinzawa Brewery has rescued unrefined sake from Kazuma Sake Brewery in Noto Town to be pressed by Shinzawa Brewery.
Hi Rafa papa๐
You are indeed a great person, Mr. Suzuki Brewery๐.
I'm so proud of you for taking advantage of your experience in the disaster and standing up to support the breweries affected by the disaster.
I'm going to look for them too: โ๏ธ
Hi Hirupeko ๐
There are many ways to help and the key is to do whatever you can ๐I'm glad I can be involved as a consumer even if it's just a little ๐ The Rebirth is also delicious and almost half of the bottle is gone ๐ .
Hello Aladdin ๐
I guess it's because of the support that we are getting some positive news ๐We will continue to provide as much support as we can, even if it's only a little ๐.
Hello Haruei Chichi ๐
Daisuke Suzuki's ability to rush directly to the disaster area is amazing ๐๐คฃ๐คฃโผ๏ธ I think it's great that the owner of Kadoya Sake Shop who gets such a consultation from Mr. Suzuki can also feel the trust between him and the brewery ๐.
Hi Rafa papa, Hello โ๏ธ I was in tears when I heard about the Suzuki Sake Brewery after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and also for this connection ๐ญ I would love to purchase this sake as well! Sake is a human connection ๐ญ
Good evening Mamio ๐.
Suzuki Sake Brewery is not without tears ๐ญIt's because of that brewery that we support them ๐This time it's a collaboration with Kadoya Sake Shop ๐It's important to want to support them...I wonder if there are collaborations with other liquor stores too ๐โ๏ธ
Good evening, Mr. Sashu๐.
As you said, the fact that Suzuki Sake Brewery is supporting this project is very impressive ๐คฃI had goosebumps when I got the email about this project ๐ฅนIn Kansai, goosebumps are called "sabu-bo" ๐คฃ.
Hi Rafa ๐ฆ.
I am glad to hear that you have experienced this and are supporting the Suzuki Brewery ๐ฅนSome liquor stores are supporting the sales separately and the circle is expanding โจI'm so glad you are already drinking Rafa ๐
Good evening, Rafa papa.
It is wonderful to see the connection between sake breweries!
I was looking for sake from Ishikawa prefecture, but I didn't know this was possible! I was looking for sake from Ishikawa, but I didn't know this was possible! I will support them in some way.
Good morning, Pon-chan ๐.
I'm sure you know how much we appreciate the support because you've experienced the same or more ๐I think it's the support that conveys our feelings regardless of the method or amount ๐.
Good morning Ao ๐
There are many ways to support ๐I think it's really best to work on your own, but it's not easy ๐ I think it's also good to take advantage of other people's moves ๐.
