Drinking and cheering (2) Continuing from yesterday's hope, I decided to drink and cheer ๐Ÿ˜€. I like the idea of reviving from hope ๐Ÿ˜€. I bought this sake after reading Rafa papa's post and knowing that it is also sold from the wishes of the brewer and the distributor ๐Ÿ˜€. But my impression after drinking it is... too good ๐Ÿ˜€. Even if they didn't go out of their way to say it was for disaster relief, it was a refreshing yet gentle sake that brought us back to life ๐Ÿ˜€. I even tried heating it up, but it was so delicious as it was, I didn't bother to heat it up ๐Ÿ˜€. It's nice to be able to support Hokuriku while enjoying such a delicious experience ๐Ÿ˜€.

Hello, Pon-chan ๐Ÿ˜€ I thought I was cheering you up by drinking it, but it was so delicious that I felt like I was cheering you up as well ๐Ÿ˜€. Maybe it's because the sake maker, liquor store, and many other people put their hearts into it ๐Ÿ˜‡.

The Noto earthquake devastated 11 breweries in the Noto area. However, Suzuki Shuzo Brewery sent a donation of 300 yen for every bottle of "Rebirth" sold, while Shinzawa Brewery and Kurumata Brewery took care of the surviving sake mash from Kazuma Brewery and squeezed it. They will send the money after the recovery. It is wonderful that they are working hard and helping each other when they are affected by the disaster. The "wa" in "sake no wa Let us also support the affected areas and people for a long time to come!

Glossy and sour aroma. Slightly chururin muscat and chemical melon. Gentle and light. The mouthfeel is refreshing. After swallowing, the gentle rice flavor softly and smoothly spreads out on the tongue. Okachimachi Kingyo

One month has passed since the earthquake. I am spending a hectic time in Tokyo, not much different from usual. To be honest, the only time I remember the Noto Peninsula in a day is when I hear the news in the morning and when I have a drink with my supper. But I must try not to forget. We must not forget. Thoughts connect and thoughts reach. Together.
