Sake rice is 100% Asahi no Yume
The yeast is Gifu's original G2 yeast
The color is clear.
The aroma is slightly sweet. The aroma is reminiscent of yellow flowers.
When it is in the mouth, it has a soft sweet taste. It is not so strong.
The mouthfeel and throat feel refreshing.
The aftertaste is thick with bitterness.
It starts with a refreshing taste, and then shifts to a lingering bitter aftertaste.
You can enjoy a complex taste with a refreshing beginning and a gradual end.
Souzake. This sake has a mild and sweet taste on the palate and is the type of sake that goes down smoothly! I chose it completely based on the label, but I like it including that!

The previous one was junmai sake, but this time it had a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
It is pear-like.
Light and slightly sweet. The aftertaste is short.
The sensation through the nose is sweet.
It is interesting to see the individuality of the same brand of junmai-shu and ginjo-shu.

The alcohol is slightly hot and spicy.
After the astringency, there is a hint of sweetness.
It has a little body, a sense of tanginess, and umami.
Neutral impression of dryness.
A good food sake.
Japanese butterbur soy sauce is a very good shigoto.
