Souzake. This sake has a mild and sweet taste on the palate and is the type of sake that goes down smoothly! I chose it completely based on the label, but I like it including that!
At a bar in Shinbashi.
The previous one was junmai sake, but this time it had a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
It is pear-like.
Light and slightly sweet. The aftertaste is short.
The sensation through the nose is sweet.
It is interesting to see the individuality of the same brand of junmai-shu and ginjo-shu.
At a bar in Shinbashi.
It is a junmai sake with quite a strong aroma.
Slightly aromatic, dry and sharp.
With boiled rape blossoms.
Cherry blossoms and rape blossoms, it's spring, isn't it?
At room temperature.
The aroma is subtle and mild.
Strong apple-like acidity, astringency and bitterness.
The alcohol is slightly hot and spicy.
After the astringency, there is a hint of sweetness.
It has a little body, a sense of tanginess, and umami.
Neutral impression of dryness.
A good food sake.
Japanese butterbur soy sauce is a very good shigoto.
Not too much.
Report on the welcome party for TOMO-san's visit to Osaka 9📝.
The 4th drink of the 2nd party was nigori from Goyo Sakura.
Tomo-san and I thought it was time to close the party, but both of us said "too sweet ❗️", and I remember we couldn't finish it.
Anyway, it was sweet, and the nigori combined with the sweetness left a lingering aftertaste on my tongue.
The panda was spicy, but the nigori was sweet 💦.

Nama-shu! Sake from Gifu! First time?
Sake with a spring-like aroma and very easy to drink!
I had it cold! As others have commented, the sake here seems to have a wonderful aroma, and I would like to try other sake!
