Mankitsu Bon vacation. A glass of sake with the leftover simmered dishes from last night and itawawa. It is a draft sake, but it has a mellow sweetness as if a few days have passed. I wonder if it is the original taste. I can drink it slowly.
Sake-like, refreshing aroma.
The mouthfeel is refreshing.
The umami and acidity of the rice come out quickly.
The alcohol has a moderate spiciness.
It is light, delicious, and spicy.
It is quite good as a food sake.

Sweet and mild, including the aroma.
Smoother when heated.
Elegant but a little too flat. But maybe that's the point?
Personally, I think Junmai is better than Jungin...maybe this is the difference.
The label did not come off well.

The yeast is Gifu's original G2 yeast
The color is clear.
The aroma is slightly sweet. The aroma is reminiscent of yellow flowers.
When it is in the mouth, it has a soft sweet taste. It is not so strong.
The mouthfeel and throat feel refreshing.
The aftertaste is thick with bitterness.
It starts with a refreshing taste, and then shifts to a lingering bitter aftertaste.
You can enjoy a complex taste with a refreshing beginning and a gradual end.
