In preparation for the upcoming season, I bought a copy of Nonbei Yokocho, which I also saw at Sake no Wa ✨.
We also bought a cup of sake at a nearby liquor store to check the operation and had it hot ✨.
Sipped at room temperature, it is a refreshingly spicy sake with a deliciously mellow flavor.
Warmed to lukewarm, it has a tingling sensation on the tongue.
Hot-warming lightens the taste and makes it refreshing to drink!
I have had hot sake before, but I was indifferent to the brand and taste and drank it with the mindset that the alcohol would not linger the next day, so I would like to taste it this year 🥰.

The 21st sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
This is the main brand of Miyozakura Brewery in Minokamo City.
Purchased at a supercenter in Seki City.
The aroma is citrus-like and refreshing.
The initial sourness is also close to that of citrus fruits. The sweetness is moderate, but the acidity combined with a weak astringency gives it a refreshing aftertaste.

Yesterday, I went to the movies with my parents
But before that, since it was my day off, I had a bit of a ramen craving, so we went to our usual restaurant, Menyashiki!
I even had a beer from noon!
After lunch, we went to the movie theater a little early to check the wheelchair access, etc., and then met up with my parents and started watching the movie!
I watched the movie crying for the second time - the best part - and then my father asked to go to the restroom....
I'm glad that both my parents were satisfied with the movie, even though there were some troubles.
In the evening, we had a drinking party at my parents' house with my mother's cooking!
We drank a lot of shochu, and both my father and mother had a lot of fun drinking and talking!
I'm going to preface this long as usual, but at the end of a fun day, I wanted to drink a little sake, so I had a cup of sake!

In the mouth, it has a complex and refreshing taste.
It also has a somewhat old-fashioned sake feel to it.
The lingering aftertaste is a gentle bitterness and a slight spiciness that spreads in the mouth.
I thought it was a perfect sake for a mealtime drink.
It was a fulfilling day for me today!
