At the Nakamachi branch of Yamatoya Sake Shop. I was able to go on the day of the Asian curry and sake event.
The lactic acidity made the curry refreshing and there was a pairing. It was a gentle taste. I would like to have it again if I have a chance.

This time, on my way back from Himeji Castle, I stopped by the Tomikunishiki brewery in Hyogo, so I got the "raw" version, which is only available here😄.
It has a fruity taste of low-alcohol raw sake, and more than that, it has a clear ‼️ acidity that makes it easy to drink and as dry as a white wine! But it's raw so there's plenty of sweetness in the ministry️.
This is summer! And it's delicious ❤️.
