New Year's Eve ⛩ Kobe trip home! I was attacked by a seagull on the deck of the cruise ship. I was attacked by a seagull 😱-> 4th photo I'm going to take a walk in the harbor town to get myself together. In Tokyo, we are at the Hamamatsucho branch. I happened to pass by the Sannomiya branch of Asano Sake Shop I happened to pass by the Sannomiya branch of Asano Sake Shop 👀🙌! Of course there was no way we were going to pass by! I made my parents, who don't drink sake, wait outside ❄️. I quickly tasted and bought some sake! I brought it back to Tokyo. Naturally, I opened the bottle by myself ❣️. This is 🥂. 8% low alcohol It is more like an ice wine? more like an ice wine? It's a sweet dessert wine 🥂. And overflowing fruitiness 🍇. 100% Kasai-grown rice 70% polished rice I can't believe it! It's a great sake, isn't it⁉️? The juicy reincarnation of rice As always I bow in awe 🫡. This is going to be empty in one night 😂. Oh no 💕💕 Oh, maybe my parents could have had a drink too, I should have invited them. I kinda regret it 🥲. I'll look for it in Tokyo too 🤓🤓.

At the Nakamachi branch of Yamatoya Sake Shop. I was able to go on the day of the Asian curry and sake event. The lactic acidity made the curry refreshing and there was a pairing. It was a gentle taste. I would like to have it again if I have a chance.

Fu. that I gave you before. This time, on my way back from Himeji Castle, I stopped by the Tomikunishiki brewery in Hyogo, so I got the "raw" version, which is only available here😄. It has a fruity taste of low-alcohol raw sake, and more than that, it has a clear ‼️ acidity that makes it easy to drink and as dry as a white wine! But it's raw so there's plenty of sweetness in the ministry️. This is summer! And it's delicious ❤️.

We had lunch at Fukurazou, a brewery run by Tomikunishiki in Kasai City. Although the brewery was not open for tours, the lunch at the brewery was delicious. The sake was very sour, which is one of my least favorite sake.
