At the Nakamachi branch of Yamatoya Sake Shop. I was able to go on the day of the Asian curry and sake event.
The lactic acidity made the curry refreshing and there was a pairing. It was a gentle taste. I would like to have it again if I have a chance.

This time, on my way back from Himeji Castle, I stopped by the Tomikunishiki brewery in Hyogo, so I got the "raw" version, which is only available here😄.
It has a fruity taste of low-alcohol raw sake, and more than that, it has a clear ‼️ acidity that makes it easy to drink and as dry as a white wine! But it's raw so there's plenty of sweetness in the ministry️.
This is summer! And it's delicious ❤️.

But I looked it up on the internet and it's a raw sake 😳.
So they can make low alcohol sake 💦.

We had lunch at Fukurazou, a brewery run by Tomikunishiki in Kasai City. Although the brewery was not open for tours, the lunch at the brewery was delicious.
The sake was very sour, which is one of my least favorite sake.
