When I opened the bottle, I got a strong smell of junmai sake, but when I drank it, it had a sweet white wine amazake flavor.
It is sweet and sour, low in alcohol, and may be excellent as an aperitif.
It also has a refreshing aftertaste.

Local sake FU.FU Nice to meet you😊.
It was 300ml so I got 3 bottles of FU and 1 bottle of Fu 😁 I lined up the empty bottles and they became Fu, Fu, Fu and before I knew it I was slurring my words 😁.
FU is low in alcohol and is between sweet white wine and grape wine 😊 I can drink as much as I want with western food 😁.
FU would have been better with a glass of hot sake while sipping on it 😁.
