Purchased at the Yamagata antenna store in Ginza.
It has been a long time since I have had an aradama.
Very refreshing and fruity. Melon type.
It is light, firm, sweet, and delicious.
It is fresh and drinkable.

This is one of the two bottles we received as a retirement commemoration at the expiration of our reemployment period, and this is the perfect cup (toast) 🥰.
When you open the seal, a faint fruity aroma wafts through the air, and when you roll it around in your mouth, it tastes slightly dry and slightly bitter. After a while, the mild flavor spreads, and the nose is filled with a gorgeous aroma 😋.

Hello, Mashira no Yamasan!
I'm late to the party, but thank you for your rehiring expiration and your long time work 😊.
Enjoy your drinking life more and more 😁.
Mashira no Yama, thank you for working so hard for so long 😊.

Thank you for your comment, Gyve 😊.
Only in July, I woke up at the time I wanted to, watched the movies I wanted to watch and the recordings I had accumulated, and in the evening, I made a few entrées for my favorite drink, had a few drinks and then went to bed 🤗... and tried to enjoy my life to the fullest.
Thank you for your comment, Pon 😊.
There are many sake lovers at work and I guess it was a reward for supporting izakaya by continuing to have small get-togethers at izakaya with plenty of sake and good [infection control izakaya] even in the midst of the corona disaster restrictions 🤗🥰.
Mashira no Yama, good evening 🌙 expired until rehired, you have been working hard for a long time, thank you for your hard work 😊 nice gift, it seems to show how you have been working 💕.
Thanks for your comment, Wakata 😊.
I don't know if it was a good or bad thing that there were few transfers of workplaces and organizations.... But thanks to that, I think I was blessed to have izakaya (pubs) and drinking buddies around my work place 🤗.
I feel the loneliness at the end of summer when it begins, and I wonder if it is because I am getting older.
I have not had sake in a long time, but I have had three kinds of sake.
Daishinshu is a brand I really like. It is a little spicy but has a strong flavor, and yes, this is the kind of sake I want to drink.
Aozora. The label is nice, and this color is the color of the sky. Well balanced, I'd drink it again if I saw it again.
Now, the title, Araodama. Dry, an expression often seen in beer, but it makes me wonder what it would taste like in sake. The first sip is strong, but as you continue drinking, you will become addicted to its sharpness rather than its taste.
Now, one more glass. Thanks again for the sake.

Alcohol 15%.
Rice: 100% Dewa Sanzu
Although it is a summer sake, it gives a rather thick impression.
It has a tangy texture on the tongue.
It has a light nigori-like koji flavor with a spicy aftertaste.

On the way back from a trip to Yamagata, I took the Shinkansen and had a cup of Aradama sake.
The mouthfeel was soft and round with a clean aftertaste + classic sake flavor.
Delicious!
As per Fuyofuyo.
Sweetness that glides across the surface of the tongue. After that, there is a tingle of sourness.
After that, there is a youthful astringency.
There is not much sense of rice, and the taste is light.
It has a crisp, summery feel to it.
However, it is not without a hint of something, and the sweetness and bitterness remain for quite a while.
It is summery from start to finish.
It neutralizes the fat of seared tuna toro in a good way.
It would be a good summer terrace meal.
