This ICHI-GO-CAN series is a collaboration between a Kanagawa sake brewery and a train.
I haven't ridden the Daisen Kanko Railway yet. I might go there when it gets cooler.
After drinking so-so, I visited the Mahjong Club for a drink. It is sake-like sake, as it is the standard sake of the brewery here. But I was able to drink it easily. It's easy to drink when you're talking 😅.
Ane-san Good morning ichi-go-kan Please tell me if you are drinking. I've got one in stock and I've matched it 😂.
I might be in the mood to go out for a bit.
I had it cold.
A little yellowish.
Sake of Ora Prefecture (**)
The aroma is weak because it is cold. It has a gentle aroma of rice.
The taste is strong but gentle.
I was tired that day, so I went to a local bird shop and had it with side dishes.
We had it with side dishes.
The strong sake flavor is perfectly matched with the rich taste of the meal.
It is also good with sashimi salmon.
It is good for a mid-meal meal.
Thank you very much for the meal.
Kikuyu
Last year
On the way back from a trip to Hadano, I stopped by the brewery and bought it
In the refrigerator, waiting for spring
Heavy, firm flavor, a little peculiar
From sweetness to spiciness
I enjoyed it!
Original rice: Miyamanishiki (100% Nagano rice)
Alcohol level 16
Polishing ratio 65
Taste 3.7
Purchased in Daisen, Kanagawa. It is said to be brewed with local Daisen subsoil water. Slightly sweet, with a gorgeous aroma that wafts into the nose. Delicious.
Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.
The taste is very refreshing, with a banana-like aroma and a strong sourness. After the freshness subsides, the flavor of the rice also comes through and is delicious.
The entrée is mackerel simmered in miso.
The acidity is well pronounced. However, it is not piercing, and I liked it because it could be matched with food.
I was treated very well before deciding on this one.
