I found this sake at Shimamura Store in Kanagawa Prefecture. I bought it just in case.
I opened the bottle at home and took a sip.
It has a calm taste. It has an alteness. There is a little bit of maturation, maybe due to the barrels or the process of brewing.
When I look at the label, I notice "sugar". When I look at the label, I notice "sugar". There doesn't seem to be that much sugar in it, but it's been a while since I drank sake with sugar in it. By the way, paper pack sake has a high probability of containing sugar.

❤❤❤❤ 💙 Kikuyu's Hiyaoroshi. It was a robust 19 degrees. This brewery has really changed. They are trying to get out of the conservative sake brewing style. It's a completely different brew from the Kikuyu of the past. Its symbolic acidity is good. I will support them.
