It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

Visit to the brewery. Sake made by irradiating LEDs to change the yeast, this one seems to have a stronger aroma. It had a fruity aroma and a gentle flavor pressed in a tank, and was delicious.

Part 2. The old wine I was looking for. There was another 7 years old one, but I chose this one. Another type of sake. The aftertaste is refreshing, similar to Gotenzakura. It has a rich umami flavor and enough depth. And yet, it is crisp and clean. Oh, I want to try a longer aged one next time I go there.

We walked around Tokushima Prefecture by bicycle to visit two sake breweries. At Seitama Sake Brewery, there was no sake available, so we could not buy any. I was able to buy it here. It is a sake made from Tokushima yeast. This was a surprise. It has a modern fruity taste. And yet, there is no dullness at all. Everything disappears the moment you finish it. It's extremely tasty. You can drink it all the time.

🌸Celebrate 🌸the conquest of the 47 prefectures! I started Sake-no-wa at the end of 2020, and in a little over a year, I've checked in 300 times, and this time I've conquered all the prefectures! The last one is a one-cup of Gotenzakura doburoku from Tokushima Prefecture. Tokushima's sake is rarely seen in Tokyo, so I got it at an antenna store in Ginza, and it was a cup of doburoku. The low-alcoholic doburoku, which still had the shape of rice, had a sweet taste of rice in the aroma and mouthfeel, but it was a bottle with a clean and crisp taste! Rice polishing ratio: Undisclosed Alcohol content: 12%.

I have nothing to say about it, it's delicious! In addition to the weight of the original sake, it has a good balance of sweetness, cleanness, and richness. It goes well with all kinds of snacks and is a hidden gem. Today we enjoyed it with swordfish and aqua pazza.

I took a day off from work today and had a picnic 😀. I heated up some doburoku and put it in a bottle. I'm going out. The cold weather makes the muddy wine taste better. It's a good mix of sour and sweet flavors. The picnic destination is a hot place😊.

My favorite Goten Sakura! Junmai Ginjo Saito Sake Brewery in Tokushima Prefecture This brewery's sake is really good! The cleanliness and flavor are a perfect match! I enjoyed it with mackerel puffer fish.

Our Hall of Fame Goten Sakura Nama Genshu! It has a strong feeling of raw sake being alive! The sourness is matched by the umami, and it's exactly what you'd expect! It's perfect with dried saury! It was a satisfying dinner.
