It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand...it's been a long time since then. The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of koji malt. In the mouth, there is a slight sourness like plain yogurt and a slight sweetness of rice. I was able to drink it quite refreshingly while chewing on the rice. I guess it's like a sweet sake with a lot of sake lees, but with much less sweetness. It was delicious ✨.

My favorite Goten Sakura! Junmai Ginjo Saito Sake Brewery in Tokushima Prefecture This brewery's sake is really good! The cleanliness and flavor are a perfect match! I enjoyed it with mackerel puffer fish.

Our Hall of Fame Goten Sakura Nama Genshu! It has a strong feeling of raw sake being alive! The sourness is matched by the umami, and it's exactly what you'd expect! It's perfect with dried saury! It was a satisfying dinner.

Shikoku Ohenro Emaki No.16, Idoji Temple. The 16th sake is my favorite, Goten Sakura Daiginjo! Today's snack is grilled yellowtail with salt! I was excited about this collaboration from the very beginning! It tastes just as expected! It has a refreshing taste with a strong rice flavor. I think it is a Junmai Daiginjo style. This brewery is wonderful!

The 9th pilgrimage sake, Horinji Temple's sake is Saito Shuzo's Goten Sakura Junmai, which was also a great Junmai Ginjo! It's good too! Nothing is added! Nothing is subtracted! Just plain Junmai! This is good! The rice, the taste, the water... No miscellaneous flavors, just sake in a refreshing way! This brewery is a hidden gem! It goes really well with braised sea bream!

Well, this is delicious ️I️ was surprised ️I️ love my favorite sake 😋Add this to my transparent sake list 🎵. The color is transparent and the aroma is like a plum or a plum.
