At the reception at the National Sake Tasting Championship, we were able to drink sake from each of the 47 prefectures. This is the first sake.

On August 28, the 42nd National Sake Tasting Championship was held, and I challenged myself as a representative of Tochigi Prefecture. 65 people from 33 prefectures participated, but unfortunately I did not win a prize. Tochigi was the only prefecture that did not have a happi coat, so I guess there was a difference in the amount of effort put into the competition. Next year, I will have to tell the Tochigi Sake Brewers Association. From now on, I will drink even more sake🍶 and devote myself to next year. ☺️
