The old wine I was looking for.
There was another 7 years old one, but I chose this one.
Another type of sake.
The aftertaste is refreshing, similar to Gotenzakura.
It has a rich umami flavor and enough depth.
And yet, it is crisp and clean.
Oh, I want to try a longer aged one next time I go there.
