A birthday present from my parents, a lifetime of youth and bottle-taking. It was a very luxurious gift from my parents. However, the rice is not polished very much. The aroma is sharp and sharp. The color is a beautiful clear yellow. It has a full-bodied sweetness and a burning alcohol taste in the mouth. The lingering astringent taste is strong and dry. There is a slight tanned leather-like flavor.
Cute labels for a lifetime of youth
Purchased on a trip to Fukushima
Fukushima distribution product of Tenmei? I thought so and bought it.
I haven't had Tenmei for a long time,
I think the taste is different from Tenmei
Purchased at the Fukushima Good Food Fair
I was attracted by the name ✨.
I love the message from the brewery on the back label.
It even has a QR code and an Instagram account.
The sourness seems to be addictive.
It's a tingling sensation.
Sake degree +1
Acidity 1.3
Drinking with people at work🍶.
Lately, I no longer hesitate to drink sake if there is sake I want to drink, regardless of whether there are seniors or bosses present 😄.
I wonder if this is just a part of getting older 😁.
This time we went to an izakaya that had a rather seedy atmosphere, and as a matter of course, smoking was allowed in the restaurant 🚬😩.
The grand menu only had "cold sake" and "heated sake" as expected and I was about to give up when I found 5 different kinds of sake on the notice in the restaurant 🤩.
I ordered the brand I wanted to drink without even asking the senior beer and sour drinkers!
That's a lifetime of youth here 🍶.
Akebono Shuzo is famous for Tenmei.
In 1997, the first sake they made after they stopped using an outsourced toji system was named "Seisei Seishun" (meaning "Youth for Life").
This sake is brewed with a firm determination to keep the spirit of youth and take on new challenges, no matter how old you are, and it is a sake that supports such people.
The ginjo aroma is discreet yet beautifully fruity.
The attack is smooth with a slight dryness.
The freshness is accompanied by a firm umami and light sweetness, and it finishes smoothly without any lingering aftertaste.
This is a slightly dry sake with a delicious taste.
It is rather matured when you look at the production date, but maybe that was a good thing too!
Good morning, Aladdin 😊.
A lifetime of youth🟦Nice ❗️
So you are the Akebono brewery of Tenmei 🧐.
I'm also a Showa so I don't mind my boss's or senpai's glass, but I have to drink what I want to drink 😆.
Hi Aladdin 😄Lifetime Youth is a little different from the glamorous and flashy Tenmei ✨I thought it was a drink that goes away quickly and can be drunk lazily 😊If there is a brand you want to drink, you will regret not drinking it 😁.
Hi Aladdin 😀
I'm not a fan of drinking parties at work because you have to be careful around people, but I'm lucky that the total ban on drinking parties at work since Corona is still in effect: 🙆♂️
I'm glad to hear that Aladdin is still ordering sake for one person 😇.
Good evening, Maru 😃.
I thought the name of the brand was good for a start, but the sake itself was also very intoxicating 😊.
The strategy was to drink the sake like it was delicious for now and get everyone around you involved, and it worked out well 😁.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃.
I haven't had Tenmei for a long time, so it's true that I haven't had Tenmei for a long time, but I can drink Isei Seishun with a good aroma and sweet and sour taste with a solid flavor at its core, all the time. ☺️
I got a good opportunity to drink my first sake in an unexpected place 🍶.
Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
Drinking parties at work have decreased 🤔This was another voluntary drinking party for personal relations at work 🍻.
I was right on target 😁 as the senior staff saw me drinking and said "I'll copy you" and drank the same drinks.
Fukushima Prefecture, Kawanuma-gun. Akebono Brewery Co.
Isei Seishun Junmai Ginjo Hi-ire
Akebono is a brewery that produces "Tenmei" and "O", which are probably more famous.
The brewery produces "Tenmei" and "Oh", which are probably more famous.
It is served cold.
The color is clear and transparent.
The aroma is mild and slightly arufumed.
The mouthfeel is soft, with a slight sweetness that gradually spreads on the tongue.
The taste is less sweet, with the acidity being the most pronounced, but still moderate and subtle. The bitterness is also present, but it disappears quickly.
The label on the back of the bottle says it aims for a good sake with a sense of transparency born from delicate craftsmanship, and maybe this is what transparency feels like 😊.
Many other posters have said it's gorgeous, but it's all very calm and subdued, maybe because it's fire-aged 🤔.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Polishing ratio:50%.
Alcohol content: 15%.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃
I was a fan of the raw Seishun with a sweeter taste than Tenmei, but I heard that the fire-roasting process is calmer, so I guess my impression will change quite a bit 🤔.
Good evening, Nemuchi 😃.
I had an image of Akebono Shuzo as Tenmei, with its flashy coloring and glittering bottle design, but I was surprised that both the bottle and the sake inside of Isei Seishun seemed to be calm for the brand name😳
bouken-san, good evening 😊I thought Tenmei was fresh and juicy, so I thought it would be like that when I saw the review of Seishun, but I was surprised that it was so calm 🤣I would like to drink it fresh too 😋.
Aladdin, good evening 😊Tenmei has a strong image of glittery labels in many of the reviews 😁A lifetime of youth with austere labels may be a taste of the untainted, clear blue days 🤣.
Rafa papa, good evening😊It's hard to imagine the taste of this sake, but I think I'm a little younger now that I've had it! 🤣I'm all for youth for life, so I guess that means your youth is now too 😁.
The brewery that brewed Tenmei and Isei Seishun used Fukushima rice to create this fruity sake, which is made with the transparency that comes from careful and clean sake brewing. We aimed to create a rich and warm sake like the rising sun.
Ingredients Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Alcohol content 15
Rice polishing ratio 60
I bought another brand from the same brewer because Tenmei was so good.
I heard that Seishun Isei Seishun is an older brand than Tenmei.
It has a soft sweetness, a delicious rice flavor, and a hint of sourness in the mouth.
At room temperature, you can smell a little bit of alcohol, but it does not bother me at all when the sake is served cold.
Compared to Tenmei, I felt that this sake is more unpretentious, or rather, it has a quality of a sake that I would like to drink slowly with my evening drinks.
However, it is still a beautiful sake that I like, and it is still delicious.
★★★★★
JPY1,780(720ml)
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 15%.
This sake is the result of Akebono Shuzo, the company that introduced Sharaku to the world, and their desire to make their own sake as they abolished the toji system. It has a light sweetness and smooth taste!
Clear with a slight yellowish tinge with a hint of oily air. Fruity aroma reminiscent of bananas. The intensity of the aroma is medium. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour and juicy. Aroma: banana-like with hints of banana. The flavor lingers in the mouth. However, it is relatively sharp and has a short aftertaste. It is a fragrant and mellow sake.
A brand I was curious about. It is from Tenmei Sake Brewery.
It is a cloudy sake, but not too cloudy. It is sweet and juicy. Fresh on the palate. You can gradually feel the deliciousness of the rice. It can be drunk slowly with a glass of sake.
