Made with Kame-no-o, a fantastic rice
This special bottle of sake, which can only be encountered by members only, is brewed with "Kame-no-o," which is called "phantom sake rice.
Since it is sold only to members of the brewery's "Sake Sen Kuranin Goronokai," it is a rare sake that is rarely found on the market.
Fire-brewed sake is also available, but we especially recommend the Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Hara Sake
It is juicier, fresher, and has a stronger sense of dynamic flavor. However, some people may find it "peculiar" due to its unique flavor.
Drinking it with ice mellows out the taste and the peculiarity disappears 💗.
Also, please note that it is only available at ryokans designated by the brewery (such as Nogawa-ya Ryokan) or at a limited number of specially contracted liquor stores 🍶.
Drinks I had on a trip to Shimane with my drinking buddies 🍶.
Nama-shu orikarami. +Super dry at +15!
It was super dry, but had a refreshing sweetness from the orikarami and was easy to drink.
It is made with a new sake rice from Shimane, En-no-Mai.
It is a very strong sake with an acidity of 3.0, but it has a strong and gorgeous flavor and goes in easily. I might like it.
