Since it is sold only to members of the brewery's "Sake Sen Kuranin Goronokai," it is a rare sake that is rarely found on the market. Fire-brewed sake is also available, but we especially recommend the Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Hara Sake It is juicier, fresher, and has a stronger sense of dynamic flavor. However, some people may find it "peculiar" due to its unique flavor. Drinking it with ice mellows out the taste and the peculiarity disappears 💗. Also, please note that it is only available at ryokans designated by the brewery (such as Nogawa-ya Ryokan) or at a limited number of specially contracted liquor stores 🍶.

A gorgeous, sweet and delicious Junmai Daiginjo. The fruity and elegant ginjo aroma rises from the glass, and when you take a sip, a refined and sophisticated sweetness like honey spreads on the palate. After swallowing, the beautiful sweetness and umami lingers long and pleasantly. I enjoyed it with a cup of Onsunzu-yaki. Thank you for the sake.
