ましらのやまさんPolished rice 50% al 15 degrees
This is the first Junmai Daiginjo sake at a reasonable price for me, and it is the sake that made me realize its aroma and taste. The rice mirin made by this brewer has become an essential item for cooking in our house.
From October 2016 to the end of January 2017, we received various kinds of sake for year-end parties, farewell parties, New Year's parties, and for home use.
Also, there are some alcoholic beverages that I have kept their labels, but I can't identify the date I bought or drank them. So we have set the date we drank it as 01/01/2017. りょBecause it's called Banshu, I thought it was a Hyogo sake, but it's a Toyama sake.
It was refreshing and delicious. たいがDelicious.
Refreshing.
Is it close to a water tonic? 酒屋 巡I think it's necessary in this world of ours to drink and be merry.
How are you doing, you drinkers who are finding it somewhat difficult to live, though not as difficult as the smokers?
It's a nasty...or troublesome world we live in now.
Well, well. I'd like to talk about drinking at night.
I dropped in at this restaurant, where the staff is always cheerful.
They don't have many kinds of sake, but the motsu tofu and kyo dashi oden (yuba in the photo) that they serve go well with sake.
It's so good that it makes me want to make a heart mark...well, that's a bit of an exaggeration.
Among the sake in the shop, Ginban Banshu is my favorite.
It has a strong sourness, a slightly astringent dry taste, and a refreshing taste. The sweetness is slight.
Although it has a strong feeling, it has a stronger "sake" feeling than rice. It is a sake that you can choose to drink with.
I drank about 4 cups. It's best to leave when you haven't had enough.
We wanted to try sashimi and grilled fish, but unfortunately there was none on the menu.
But the motsu tofu is worth a try.
Please visit ......... when the time is over.
Now, let's go home and have a drink, shall we? ShinkazuIn addition to the label and the name, it is a sake for old men in a good sense including the taste. It is a good old dry sake with a strong taste.
It feels like drinking at a counter restaurant in Showa era. I realized that I have been drinking only beautiful sake recently, and that sake has a wide range. bull’s‐eyePreference: ★★★★☆

It is easy to drink because it is smooth and sharp. The ginjo aroma and sweetness are rather low, and it tastes like junmai-shu. マニーJunmai Daiginjo.
I saw it at the shop and ordered it. It was refreshing and went well with sashimi. SebasPSAI found this Ginban Junmai Daiginjo at my local supermarket. I wonder what the buyer of this supermarket is thinking. I'm not sure. Good job, dear!
So I had two bottles and I bought two. An all-rounder from Toyama. There is no dish that doesn't go well with it, and it's good both cold and warm. We had it with Mizutaki. I'll buy more bottles when I find them (as much as I can). nenekoDry and refreshing.
But it has a delicious taste.
It has a classical taste.
It goes perfectly with the ponzu sauce for anchovy. 倍割りCrunchy pungency...!
