I'm kind of tired today and don't have the energy to venture out. I selected my favorite restaurant, Yuki no Kayasha, for healing. Yes. It has a gentle, sweet aroma, but it's not overpowering, which is very soothing! The taste is also less sour, no bitterness, and a rich sweetness that envelops your fatigue! But it's not too sweet, so I can drink it all the time. It also goes well with the delicately flavored tempura of capelin that I found at Aeon, and the steamed ankimo that I worked so hard to prepare. It's all-encompassing, all-encompassing... I love it! My favorite liquor store recommended that I drink it once. So I bought it. I heard that even people who can't drink sake can drink it. I see, it's so sweet that it can be used as a dessert! I'd like to buy some Takachiyo ice cream next time and pour some sake on it❣️. [Fragrance. Grain aroma. I'm not sure what to make of it. Taste. It has a full, sweet, soft mouthfeel. It was chosen by a liquor store I discovered in my neighborhood that has a good selection of sake. The theme was "middle of the road sake. It is said that the taste will be the reference point for studying sake in the future. If you drink it with the ori precipitated, you will certainly get the middle taste! If you drink it with the ori mixed in, you can taste the richness and acidity and the powerful flavor. I love ori-garari sake because it tastes good twice in one! Without the ori, it was a perfect match for crisp sashimi, and with the ori mixed in, it was a perfect match for Ankimo! Aroma The aroma of rice. The aroma of rice. It is neither fruity nor dense, but rather has an unassertive atmosphere. Taste. No bitterness or sourness. Soft sweetness and umami. I see. Just like that! The texture on the tongue. My favorite limited edition sake from Ginban Shuzo, which I bought at the end of the year and kept for myself because I can't usually drink it! A moment of bliss [Fragrance] Sweet, fruity and full-bodied. Color. Slightly yellowish. Taste. Probably dry. There is not much acidity. It has a full-bodied sweetness, but it is not overpowering. You can feel the umami strongly in the middle of the tongue. Slight bitterness. 【Snack Camembert cheese 　The sweetness of the drink is enhanced and the bitterness is not felt. Boiled octopus sashimi 　No soy sauce, only wasabi is a good match. It doesn't interfere with the original taste of the sake.

Our first sake in a year. At our favorite liquor store, we were given a selection based on the keywords of dryness, fruity aroma, match with sashimi, and delicious cold! They gave us several candidates, but we fell in love with this one at first sight! The color is slightly yellow and slightly cloudy. The scent is fruity, but with a hint of smoke. When you pour it, there are bubbles in the cup, so it looks like it's fizzing slightly. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fruity aroma strongly. The flavor is strong, and the tip of the tongue feels a little tingly. The throat is smooth, but there is a slight bitterness at the bottom. I paired it with sea bream sashimi today, but it might go better with red tuna or salmon, which have a stronger flavor. But it was a mismatch with firefly squid pickled in seaweed, so maybe it's too subtle for too rich snacks?
