One of my favourite Junmai Daiginjo to savour during a weekday evening at home. It has a clean and crisp palate coupled with a decent dry finishing. Perfect pairing with steamed fish and deep fry anchovies. Yummy ~~
Nama-shu. It is so clean and smooth that it has a sake-like character, but not so much as to be a nama-shu. The umami is moderate and the acidity is not so much.
The aroma is subdued with a hint of sweetness.
The mouthfeel is soft and you can feel the alcohol immediately, but it quickly fades away.
The aftertaste is very light.
