I found this Ginban Junmai Daiginjo at my local supermarket. I wonder what the buyer of this supermarket is thinking. I'm not sure. Good job, dear!
So I had two bottles and I bought two. An all-rounder from Toyama. There is no dish that doesn't go well with it, and it's good both cold and warm. We had it with Mizutaki. I'll buy more bottles when I find them (as much as I can).
