酒屋 巡
I think it's necessary in this world of ours to drink and be merry.
How are you doing, you drinkers who are finding it somewhat difficult to live, though not as difficult as the smokers?
It's a nasty...or troublesome world we live in now.
Well, well. I'd like to talk about drinking at night.
I dropped in at this restaurant, where the staff is always cheerful.
They don't have many kinds of sake, but the motsu tofu and kyo dashi oden (yuba in the photo) that they serve go well with sake.
It's so good that it makes me want to make a heart mark...well, that's a bit of an exaggeration.
Among the sake in the shop, Ginban Banshu is my favorite.
It has a strong sourness, a slightly astringent dry taste, and a refreshing taste. The sweetness is slight.
Although it has a strong feeling, it has a stronger "sake" feeling than rice. It is a sake that you can choose to drink with.
I drank about 4 cups. It's best to leave when you haven't had enough.
We wanted to try sashimi and grilled fish, but unfortunately there was none on the menu.
But the motsu tofu is worth a try.
Please visit ......... when the time is over.
Now, let's go home and have a drink, shall we?
