Purchased at a sake shop. Sake from Sado is rare.
The proprietress said she enjoyed every last drop. The liquor store is trustworthy and reliable.

This is a brand that I have a lot of feelings about, having also been to a brewery in the past. Once again, it is delicious and easy to drink without being too classical.

Drank at room temperature, it has a refreshing taste. The taste is refreshing, and perhaps because of the temperature, it has a slight richness to it, making it delicious.
I ordered it lukewarm in a 2-gou Tokugawa. This sake is best served warmed. It has a moderate acidity and a nice normal sake-like flavor that wafts to the palate when it is warmed up.
Hokusetsu was seen everywhere in Niigata.
It was a beautiful, clear sake with an elegant vanilla-like sweetness and clean taste.
It is a pity that we don't see it very often in the Kanto region.
