Also at the corner of KITTE. Hokusetsu YK35.

It tastes sweet, clear and very gorgeous.

Echigo Kenshin SAKE Festival ‼️
First, we went to Hokusetsu.
I ran into a sales person I know 😄.
And I was thrilled to be able to drink something limited to Sado Island 😭.
I received this as a gift from a friend in Niigata.
It has a nice, refreshing aroma.
The sweetness and mildness of the rice.
The alcohol and bitterness in the rich flavor make the whole taste crisp and tight.
That's sake.
Muchauma 😭100ml is too sad.

100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Niigata Prefecture
It has a syrupy sweetness, a muscat-like aroma, and immediately sharpens with a gusty bitterness and pungency. The sweetness, bitterness, and pungency are all strong, and although the overall flavor is thick, it is smooth and easy to drink without any cloying taste.
Northern Snow Venus
It comes in quickly and refreshingly.
After that, it is crisp and pleasantly spicy.
The taste of sake is good.
The taste is not very strong, so I can't describe it well, but it is very delicious.
It makes me want to drink it every day and drink it all the time.
You will never get tired of drinking it.
The price is very reasonable, less than 1,000 yen for a four-pack of sake.
I would like to try other kinds of sake.
It has a very dry taste with a hint of umami on the tongue, which flows down quickly. It is a reminder of the climate of Sado Island, which withstands the wind. Purchased at Niigata Station, Yukikuni Shoten.

Aji no Fue - Ueno
Fruity but not too gorgeous and mild aroma.
It is refreshing and easy to drink!
It seems to go well with all kinds of food! Delicious!
When I went back to Niigata in the summer, there was a Sado Gold Mine World Heritage Celebration Fair ✨.
I found a 100ml bottle of Hokusetsu Shuzo's YK35😊 on sale at Tokyo Daimaru and thought I'd have a few ✨.
I saw it on sale at Tokyo Daimaru for 100ml and thought I'd have a few ✨The little blue bottle is lovely ✨.
It's a dry Niigata-style sake with an elegant sweetness and a bit of bitterness 😊It was delicious with Benkei sushi when I was back home in Niigata, but I still feel it goes well with sashimi and sushi!
It's very tasty, just like Sado's sake 😋.
