Hakuba Nishiki, a Chateraise limited edition.
I heard it was spicy, but it was more fruity than I expected. Slightly sweet with a short aftertaste. Hmmm, the sake they bring to the department store was spicier, but the taste itself might be better...
I thought I would have preferred Hitogokochi, but they didn't sell it in the store, and it said on their website that it was mail order only...
Personally, I'm quite disappointed that Le Lac is no longer sold...
I tasted some Hakuba Nishiki at a department store the other day, but it was not worth the price 🤔.
