I went back home and toasted with my father-in-law and brother-in-law with local sake. It has a slightly sweet taste and a clean aftertaste (or is it nothing?!). So it is an easy to drink sake☺️.

I bought this because I was addicted to nigori. I can't feel the aroma or the sweetness, but anyway, the alcohol content is 20 degrees nano, so I get drunk. I wish it had a little more flavor.

An excellent product that I bought while visiting a sake brewery in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture. The sake is matured at low temperature in the refrigerator as a raw sake, and then it is burned at the time of shipment, so you can taste the traditional method of keeping the raw flavor.

20度ある原酒なのでそのまま飲むと口当たりが柔らかい割にしっかり酔う 口に含んだ時の甘さは飲み込むとスッと消えてアルコールの強さで喉の奥がピリッとくる トニック割りやソーダ割りはもちろんバツグンで半分まで割っても炭酸に負けない旨味がある 個人的にはロックにして徐々に穏やかな味に変えながら飲むのが好き
