Purchased at a sake brewery in Kurayoshi.
It has the sourness and sweetness of a lactobacillus-like beverage, which is unique to nigori (nigori) sake, but as one would expect from a 19% sake, it has a strong alcohol taste. However, as I drank it, I became accustomed to it and was able to drink it easily with nabe (hot pot) as a side dish.
