720 ml. My favorite of the last tasting bunch, very full bodied, rich flavor full of woody and cocoa notes. Higher alcohol percentage shows (16.9%).

作夏の新潟旅行の際に購入したもの。
熱燗でいただきます。
口に入れるとまろやかな甘み。
しかし後味はしっかりしていて、美味い。
鼻に抜ける仄かな酸味を感じる。
色々試しましたが、ぬる燗が一番好みでした。
とても美味しくいただきました。

肉料理に合うとの事なので焼肉と一緒に飲んでみた。スッキリしてて酸味が効いたお酒。正直肉料理と合うのか良く分からない。ステーキのほうが良かったのかな？

I really enjoy this Yamahai because it has stand out flavors of smoke and chocolate. Pairs really well with grilled meats, think yakiniku.

I just had my first bottle of cowboy yamahai, I was surprised it was a Junmai Ginjo genshu as well!
Delicious, hearty and unforgettable.
The label alone should win awards... This nihonshu is like getting beaten up by umami football hooligans but still going out for deep fried food afterwards. Yeeehaaaawww!
