口に入れるとまろやかな甘み。
しかし後味はしっかりしていて、美味い。
鼻に抜ける仄かな酸味を感じる。
色々試しましたが、ぬる燗が一番好みでした。
とても美味しくいただきました。

肉料理に合うとの事なので焼肉と一緒に飲んでみた。スッキリしてて酸味が効いたお酒。正直肉料理と合うのか良く分からない。ステーキのほうが良かったのかな？
