Hometown #11.
Warmed sake. Lukewarm.
Very deep. ❗️
The sweetness of the rice is soft and aromatic, like a ponzu candy ^ ^.
It is quite clear, with little miscellaneous flavors. ☺️
Gentle aroma and silky feel ^ ^.
This is so good‼️
Shiokawa Brewery Connection in Cowboy
Koshinoseki
A slight yellow color,
Soft, sweet, spicy, sour, astringent, bitter...
The tastes come in order,
The alcohol taste is very strong.
When heated up
mild aroma, sourness.
Aroma of maturity, or perhaps a cured ham-like aroma,
It is quite dry with an astringent and complex flavor,
A reasonable evening sake to be enjoyed with a meal.
It is a reasonably priced sake to be enjoyed with a meal. The regular sake is now available at a discount of 3 yen. There was one bottle left from the March release this year, so I got it. The price of 740 yen for a four-pack bottle is about 500 yen, so we can say it's cosy!
=== The bottle is made from rice (rice).
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewing alcohol
Ingredient rice: Koshibuki produced in Niigata Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 15
Sake degree: +5.0

814 yen for 720ml

If you heat this up lukewarm, the flavor and richness come through nicely~. This is what New Year's is all about! We had a great time with Osechi and this. Happy New Year, kotoyoro. I also bought some ray-finned fish at a convenience store, grilled it in a toaster, and heated it up. Oh, this is too good.
