One of our treasured bottles, Kiyomasa's Autumn Leaves Oroshi. My favorite autumn sake from my favorite company, Kimasa. For a strong and solid Kimasa, it has a slightly fruity aroma, which is a pleasant betrayal. Melon type, maybe?
I'm not sure if I'd like it warmed up or not. It tastes great cold. I have a feeling it would be great heated up, but I'm enjoying it so much in the cold sake stage...
It's a very difficult taste.
Junmai🍶New stored sake✨Summer only 🔥.
A little grassy, bitter, sweet and sour 😳 Dry aftertaste. Crisp with stuffed bell peppers 🫑. Umami with grated baby sardines. It came into its own when warmed up. Sticky and spicy. Finish with a grilled rice ball 🍙.

I regularly check the evolution of alcohol 🍶.
How about this one 🧐.
Light but profound rice flavor 🌾.
I can feel a little alcohol but you get used to it when you drink it.
It's got a nice astringent aftertaste and a deep ginjo aroma with a big-boned 🦴 finish 😁.
Event. Sake Fair 2024.
I'm in Tokyo, but I never had a chance to see Tokyo's sake 🍶.
I will take this opportunity to drink it. ❗️
The color is clear.
The taste is sweet and sour, with the sourness being stronger.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing.
Almost no ginjo aroma.
The acidity gives it a refreshing and clean impression 🍶.
A summer-only, fresh-stored sake from Kimasa. The aroma is like bread and grain, and the taste is crisp, clear, and powerful. It has a lot of umami. This kind of strong summer sake is also a pleasure to drink.
This sake is from the Nozaki Sake Brewery located in Akiruno City on the western edge of Tokyo🍶.
There are several breweries in the mountains of Tokyo.
The aroma has a mild acidity on the nose.
In the mouth, there is a soft umami with mild acidity and a hint of sweetness.
It finishes with a lingering aftertaste of slight acidity.
It's as classic as the label says, but it's quite refreshing and delicious 🍶✨.
Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san, I have never heard of ☀️ Kisho before. The classic label is my favorite 😍It has a calm taste that would be good for home drinking 😊.
Good morning Peco 🌞.
I just found out about it last year and drank it for the first time too ☺️
I'd love to visit the brewery once since it's only an hour from my house 🍶.
Very good with sushi
A good meal deserves a good sake!
I wanted to try it warmed up.
