Late summer vacation this week. Kiyomasa's hiyaoroshi wine colors the weekday afternoon with its golden color.
Soft aroma reminiscent of muscat. The rich sweetness of the wine, like that of a muskmelon, fills the mouth. Even after swallowing, it leaves a lingering aftertaste in the mouth.
I was happy to be able to drink it in the afternoon on a weekday. And to be able to drink my favorite autumn sake from my favorite brewery, Kimasa...what could be better?
