Purchased because of the spring-like label.
The aroma is fresh and sweet, typical of nama-shu.
The mouthfeel is light and sweet first.
Sourness and a slight bitterness soon follow, but the sweetness is also present. It finishes clean and crisp.
A spring-like sake with a gorgeous and light flavor.
I was sloshed last night, but what the heck, I forgot my glasses. The call went to voicemail๐ฆ. So I revisited the next day. I got my glasses safely, but only for one drink. Yesterday's review of Hyakusai. It's refreshing, slightly sweet, dry, and tight.
The second drink was a hundred years old, which I had never heard of before. I drank this without any expectations, but it was delicious. It is easy to drink with a clear and subtle sweetness. I have a lot of hits today.

Hundred Year Old Night Cherry Label.
This label is so cool.
Really makes me want to take this with me to go out at night to see the cherry blossoms.
The taste is well-balanced and refreshing, quite excellent as a food sake.
It also has a delicious taste of rice and the freshness of unpasteurized sake.
It was a sake that I never got tired of drinking even if I kept on drinking it.
I would like to have this sake at home.
First time drinking
Clear and transparent sake!
This is the second time I've been to this restaurant, and I see that I ordered the same thing as last time, boiled turnip's leaf!
How much do you love it?
Found a drink with an unusual name.
May you live long to 100!
It's called Ginjo Aroma Zero 0๏ธโฃ
I certainly didn't feel it.
Lastly, we ordered two additional types of gyoza ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ.
Hot gyoza and sake!
Especially this dry sake goes well with it ๐ถ๐ถ.

Izakaya.
It is described as dry, but I was betrayed in a good way!
When I drank it, I wondered if it was suited for a mealtime drink, as it had no aroma and had a sharpness that drained away the fat when drunk, so it could be drunk with any meal!
I was surprised because I usually drink aromatic and gorgeous sake!

At Jizo-ya in Shinden, Saitama, Japan.
It has no aroma and is not fruity.
It has a strong acidity and a sweet and sour taste.
It has a very strong and strong buzzing sensation in the mouth and throat.
The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, but it is so easy to drink that it makes you feel like you are going to get drunk soon.
Production date: 2022
I wondered what it would be like since it's called "fully ripe"...
It was rich and robust ๐ฒ.
I think it has a strong sweet and savory taste lol.
And the acidity at the end ๐.
It's very drinkable โ.
