[Crab Party with my in-laws at Kani-no-Bo This is the third drink of the three local sake tasting contest! Tsuneyama Junmai Dry Chokaguchi A full aroma, a beautiful umami that flows smoothly through the mouth, and a clean crisp taste with a lingering finish. I thought this was the best fit with the first one [seikogani] and all three types of sake, so I ordered a Sandesi bottle and sipped it with my father-in-law and brother-in-law 🥰. My brother-in-law, who is not a big sake drinker, especially raved about how good it was ✨. My father-in-law also enjoyed the sake in his shell! I was very satisfied 🍶. After this, my wife decided to go shopping with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, so we took the kids and my nephew back to my parents-in-law's house on the regional train, played with the kids for a while, and then headed home because I had to work the next day 🚃. Well, I had to change trains in Fukui, so I wasn't going straight home 🤣.

[Crab Party with my in-laws at Kani-no-Bo Here is the second drink of the three local sake tasting contest! Bon Tokishirazu Slightly smoky aroma, slightly smoky sweetness on the palate with a lingering smoky finish. There is something strange about it, maybe it's twisted? I started to wonder about that, so I quickly drank it up 😅. When I was over 20 years old, the first sake I ordered at an izakaya was this "Bon Tokishirazu" or "Kuroryu Itchorai" 🥰. When one of my friends drank too much and got sick, his famous line "Just kill me! It's still talked about among my friends.

It was a three-day weekend, but I only had Saturday off ✨. My father-in-law had invited me to go with him to eat crab 🦀 every year, so I went with my brother-in-law and his family who came back home from Shizuoka 🙇. Last year I was unable to attend due to my own work, so I'm grateful that this year I was able to fit it into my schedule ✨. From the first appetizer [three sashimi], [seiko crab], [grilled crab], [crab sashimi], and lastly [boiled crab] 🦀, all with a yellow tag symbolizing [Echizen crab]. 🏷️ Then let's start drinking from noon 🍶. The restaurant had a 3 types of locally brewed sake to compare, so we ordered this one! First, let's start with the sake cup on the right! Kuzuryu Itsuhin Clear aroma, clear taste, and a refreshing aftertaste. A stable marriage of Fukui sake and Echizen crab.
