On this day, the Lewan Cup ⚽ Congratulations to Avispa Fukuoka on their first title 🎊! I have known them since they were in the JFL, so I was deeply moved 🥺. I don't know most of the current players... Japan Series in the evening ⚾. I had to leave the Hanshin thingy behind, but the next day...finally! The next day...finally...a liquor store in my neighborhood started carrying it, so I bought it. It's slightly sweet and refreshing with a spiciness in the second half. It has a nice balance of sweet and spicy. It's good as a food sake. It doesn't say it needs to be refrigerated, and I wonder if the "microfiltration" means ultrafiltration.

Salmon Monogatari in Kansai (2) HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023, Hidetsuki made a good impression at HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023. The same sales person visited us as at Kobe Hankyu. Umaisan was drinking Junmai Namae, saying that she was curious about Shugetsu because of what you guys were saying about it 🤣. I asked him about it, and he told me it was a liquor store in my neighborhood 😊. He gave me his business card and said to contact him if I could come to the brewery with a lot of people😅. Personally, I live downstream from the Muko River, so the fact that it's brewed with Muko River's subsoil water is very important 😁. We drank Shugetsu Josen You can drink it with only one ticket. I was lured by the voice saying, "You can drink it with one ticket. The official website says the rice polishing ratio, so I guess it's a honjozo? It has a classic but gentle and generous taste, with a hint of sweetness coming in afterwards. I heard it won a gold medal in a heated sake contest, so I'd like to try it heated. Shugetsu Junmai Namaizu (not pictured) Tasted at Kobe Hankyu, but had to check again. The acidity is still pleasant and tasty. I read in a past post that he drank a 300ml of this last year and wrote a review that was the exact opposite.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023" (4) KARIBAICHI SHUZUKI SAKE Brewing Company "Shugetsu"/Tanba Sasayama, Hyogo Prefecture Established in 1916. Shugetsu's standard sake is "Kamisen-shu," which won the Gold Prize at the Heated Sake Awards 2023. According to Mr. Bouken, there are now some special distributors. Shugetsu Junmai-shu Nama Hidatsuki Junmai-shu Namaishu Nama Hidatsuki Hiyoroshi Shugetsu Junmai Daiginjo Wakayama Hidatsuki Junmai-shu Nama-zake Nama-zake. All of the Shugetsu sake have a strong umami flavor, with a slight deep sweetness, and are very tasty without being spectacular. Junmai-shu and Nama-shu are hard to choose from. The most expensive one had a bit of alcohol and tingling sensation, so it was more suited for a medium-bodied sake.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑦ Shugetsu is a sake that I ordered and drank in the past. Recently, a special distributor has been set up and they have started coming to Kobe Hankyu for tasting and sales, so it has become easier to buy than before. I tasted the following Special Junmai Hiyoroshi Tsuki no Himuro Nama-zake Cold Enclosure Junmai Namaisake The hiyaoroshi was easy to drink without any sense of aging. I don't mean to be rude, but I was surprised at how easy it was to drink. The brewer asked me if I would like to try the Junmai Nama. I was surprised at how delicious it was! I was surprised at how delicious it was! The acidity was impressive. I think it might be my favorite sake from Shudzuki. Sorry I didn't buy it. When I said it was delicious, the brewer was like "right? I only recommend Hyogo sake 🤣. I almost never see Rakurakutsuru even in Hyogo 🤣.
