I've been seeing a lot of this lately....plus the raw sake....
Jacket price... 8/10
It's summer, but it looks like spring.
Ki ... 10/20
The smell is full of malty apple flavor, which reminds me of sweetness, but it is actually...too weak.
Seung... 10/20
The output is almost the same...it still has the apple-like texture and aroma, but the underlying element is the rice aroma, which is a very interesting change in aroma.
Change ... 11/20
The rice aroma becomes more pronounced, and at the same time, the burnt and sweet flavor also increases.
Yui ... 15/20
The rice smell is gone, and the aroma is rather nicely captured; the lingering aroma is ricey and the texture is scorching, so it's not boring.

Purchased for 1,843 yen.
The smell of rice is almost like that of souvenirs.

The last day of this great adventure called "going home" was spent at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) that promotes Japanese sake.
Since I was taking a 12-hour overnight bus ride back to Osaka, I decided to have dinner there as well.
We started with a comparison of Tohoku junmai sake.
Haginotsuru is a junmai sake with a lighter rice flavor. It was easy to drink.
The first sip of A-Sakura has some body, but from the second sip, the acidity starts to show.
The sweetness of Banjo Kotobuki spread from the beginning.
I preferred A-Sakura and my husband preferred Banjo Kotobuki.
All the sakes went perfectly with the dumplings 👌👌.
A-Sakura has an image of dry sake, but this Ringo-chan has a fruity aroma and sweetness like apples, just as its name suggests.
It has a fruity aroma and sweetness like an apple, but it also retains a strong sake character.
Drinking out of the house
Refreshing with a firm rice flavor.
It has a sweetness to it, but
I can only drink sweet and fruity
I think it's a little too early for me.
I need to be more diligent.
Nice to meet you sake🍶.
Refreshing and low in alcohol. Reproduces the sweetness and acidity of freshly picked apples. It is the perfect sake for when you want to quench your thirst in midsummer.
