I found a four-letter phrase, "sixty-you-you-shu" in Nagasaki Prefecture, which I had wanted to try! Is the Kanto region the same as Nagasaki Prefecture? (I don't know what the weather is like there.) I decided to drink it right away. It's a heavy fruity wine. Is it the fruity rice flavor? And even though it is a draft sake, it doesn't have a sharp taste, but rather a calm taste. I like this kind of taste. Nagasaki Prefecture has a lot of sake that I like!

Small bottle today. Sixty-odd states that I have come to like. Dry, tingling feeling. Maybe. Too little quantity, I don't know. I know that Nagasaki Prefecture is full of sake that I like!

When I go to Hakata Station on business, coupons for souvenir stores and restaurants that can be used until September are sometimes handed out. I bought a coupon for Sumiyoshi Sake Shop at Hakata Station because it is also available! You can buy 2,000 yen sake for only 1,500 yen, which is quite a bargain! Among the limited collaboration sake of Yuma, Toichi, Hana-no-Dew, Mitsui no Kotobuki, and Garden no Uguisu, I personally think this is my favorite flavor! The aroma is somewhat subdued The taste is clean and clear, but the gentle umami of the rice is still there. Nagasaki is a light sake among Rokuyuoshu, which tend to be heavier in comparison. Good as a food sake. It goes well with light dishes.
