I found a four-letter phrase, "sixty-you-you-shu" in Nagasaki Prefecture, which I had wanted to try! Is the Kanto region the same as Nagasaki Prefecture? (I don't know what the weather is like there.) I decided to drink it right away. It's a heavy fruity wine. Is it the fruity rice flavor? And even though it is a draft sake, it doesn't have a sharp taste, but rather a calm taste. I like this kind of taste. Nagasaki Prefecture has a lot of sake that I like!

I've been anesthetized for a dental procedure, and, though I still can't feel half of my lips, I begin to drink. I chose, or rather, the last bottle left in the fridge. Rokujyuyosu! Hiyoroshi! Round mouthfeel (half of mouth feeling). The mouthfeel is round and smooth (half of the mouthfeel)! (half of the mouth). I wonder if it is because the alcohol content is 17 degrees.

Today, I went to a new restaurant, Gun Chicken Ichi-Yotsuya, for a drink with my long-time business associates. After beer, we tried a brand we had never had before. The first glass was a glass of Nagasaki's Imazato Shuzo's Rokujyosu. Since it was a draft sake, it was fresh, with a good balance of acidity and umami, and had a sweetness that I liked! With tamashamo toro reba sashimi Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol percentage: 16 Yeast used: No. 9 series
