ヒロKyoto rice Shuku 100%.
Purchased at Fushimizu Shuzo-do (https://sakagurado.com).
The store also offers a selection of bottles and sake by weight. There are tanks where you can fill the bottles yourself.
You can choose from 180ml/300ml/720ml bottles and 5 types of sake.
The labels on the bottles have the store's original character ⁉️
I had no choice but to buy this one, so I bought Eikun in a 1-goupe bottle as a commemorative gift.
Let me tell you about the sake,
The fragrance is so high that sweetness wafts from the bottle as it is being poured.
When you drink it, it has a refreshing, clean sweetness. It is like Aquarius.
The aftertaste is a sourness that lingers in the mouth.
The good aroma and moderate sweetness make it a sake that even those who are not fond of sake can enjoy drinking. boukenThis sake is limited to Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley.
I bought it because Tsurumasa Shuzo is discontinuing its business and will no longer be able to drink it in the future. Tsurumasa Sake was originally a commissioned brewer😅.
Tsurumasa Shuzo Brewery was under the umbrella of Nippon Shuzui Hanbai, and its introduction page has been removed from the official website of Nippon Shuzui Hanbai, so it seems that it is really over 😢.
Gorgeous ginjo aroma. Beautiful and fruity. Sweet and spicy. I think it's the type of sake that everyone can enjoy. The printed bottle is very beautiful.
The regular price is about 3,400 yen and they are getting rid of stock? I was able to buy it for around 2,000 yen, but that's too expensive. Sake made with celebratory rice is expensive in general, though...
Originally, Tsuru-Masamune, Toyo-Shuku, Keicho, and Furisode were all brewed together at the sacred brewery, right? I think I read something about each brewery selecting ingredients and specifications for their brewing.
Tsuru Masamune is practically out of business, Furisode is out of business and the brand name was transferred to Kitagawa Honke. Mukojima Shuzo, the brewer of Furisode, was bought out and renamed Hibi Brewery. ポンちゃんbouken, good morning ☀️.
I saw your review and did a search...the company, brand, and brewer have changed...it's hard to keep going. It's a sad thing 😢 Thanks for the info 🙏. boukenHello Ponchan 😃
It was a wholesaler-affiliated brewery, so I wonder if it became more difficult because of the loss of demand from restaurants. I thought so 😥I see from the summary that it seems to be a brewery that has had its twists and turns.... boukenAne-san used to drink it and was curious about it.
I thought it would be easy to buy it because it comes in cans, but I didn't see it very often, so I bought it at a liquor store in Fushimi.
It's shwashy, sweet and spicy. It is like Mio minus a little sweetness. It is light and easy to drink. It is good that it is in a quantity that can be easily drunk. ポンちゃんbouken-san, good evening 🌙 I did not know that Eikon has sparkling products, even in the form of bottled cans 😳 270㎖ is also very rare! boukenGood evening, Mr. Ponchan 😀
They have sparkling in bottles as well as cans. It seems to spurt a lot during secondary fermentation in the bottle😅. ポンちゃんAnd the bottles too? I hope I can find it because I love Eikun. Thanks for the info 🙏. 遥瑛チチGood morning, bouken😃.
I also had it last year on a drinking trip❗️.
It tastes light and I gobbled it up while watching the beauty of the canyon 😁.
Aluminum cans are convenient to carry and perfect for traveling👍. boukenHello Haruei Chichi 😃
A can is perfect for drinking outside without worrying about it breaking 😋. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
