We enjoyed it with the feast on our trip. The lukewarm sake without a brand name > Shobiyu Hakone no Shiki Junmai Ginjo-shu > > Shobiyu Honjozo Nama-Stored Sake The following is a list of the most delicious sakes, in that order. To be honest, I did not have high expectations for the food, but we had a delicious and cosy feast, and the sake played a supporting role, making for a very satisfying time. Matsumiyu's Honjozo Nama-no-Hanzake purchased at the Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival in Matsuda Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. The sake has a refreshing, yet subtle sweetness and fruity flavor. The cherry blossoms in Matsudacho were in full bloom due to the early blooming Kawazu cherry trees, combined with yesterday's high temperatures. I didn't even take any pictures of my children.

I bought it because it had an unusual label. The aroma is not strong, but it is a crisp sake with a sweet and sour taste that spreads and becomes spicy in the mouth.

A zodiac label for the 200th anniversary of Song Bi Yu's founding. Refreshing aroma like white wine mixed with sweet aroma like Wasanbon. In the mouth, there is a bitter and refreshing aroma like wild vegetables. The light texture is pleasantly light, with an acidity like an austere white wine and a hint of sweetness. But...this label...this label...this label...this label...this label...this label. This label...this kind of label...you know...I don't want it. It's too harsh...this label. It's a shame...because it's delicious.

Hakone of the Four Seasons of Pine Midori, which I drank in the Romance Car on the way back from a day trip to Odawara. Occasional powdery texture on the tongue. Delicious with a fresh aroma and sweetness like ramune.
