A single glass of Friday's incense. Matsumiyu Junmai Ginjo Dry Sake. Soft, volatile banana water aroma, with a definite spicy acidity that fills the palate on entry, and a mid-palate of rice flavors that are then washed away by the alcoholic spiciness, leaving a lightly acidic finish.
