Sake from a sake brewery that stopped by for the "Buri..." program. Slightly light and refreshing. It has no aftertaste, and it soaks into the body smoothly. It was delicious.
Local Kanagawa sake 🍶 when you put it in your mouth, it goes down your throat and has a nice lingering taste. I found firefly squid at the fish shop. I paired it with wasabi and soy sauce and ahi jio. Delicious ❕.
Melon and alcohol aroma. Rich sweetness in the mouth. A slight hint of melon. The aftertaste is short, as is typical of honjozo. The alcohol is high and the taste is sharp and sharp. There is a slight chocolate flavor. It is delicious.
