Sweet grain aroma. Sweetness and umami of rice in the mouth. The bitter taste of alcohol gives it a sharp edge. When heated up, it has a sweetness that is not too much and is more like a food sake. It is quite light. You can almost feel the addition of water. Delicious.

Matsumi Rooster's 2021 New Year version. They said it was a hidden stock in the back of Yamazaki Daily (lol) The first time I drank Shoumi Rooster was a long time ago, and my impression was that I didn't like it, but now I think it's delicious. My impression of the taste is really affected by my physical condition and other things.
