The first bottle was given to me at a certain president's house, to whom I am indebted.
The rice used was ㊗️.
Celebration is Kyoto's original rice that was revived in the Heisei era and is suitable for ginjo-shu (ginjo sake).
It has a very elegant sweetness and aroma and is a premium ️sake.
It is smooth on the palate and goes down smoothly.
It was gone in no time.
It was a treat❣️.
It was a gift from a golf prize.
Although it is a junmai daiginjo, it has a cool and refreshing taste. By bringing it back to room temperature for a little while, a mellow flavor is added, which gives it a better balance.

GW bullet trip to Kyoto. I bought it after talking with the brewer who was holding a sales event at Isetan in Kyoto Station. It is a junodai made with only 50% polished Gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stones), and is priced moderately. It has a sweet ginjo aroma with a hint of alcohol. In the mouth, it has a soft texture, but after the sweetness is felt, the alcohol is strongly felt. It is good for those who prefer dry sake.
It was served after it was well chilled.
It has a solid, heavy, and delicious taste.
I love it!
It was a delicious sake from my favorite sake brewer, Kinoshita Sake Brewery.
It was a delicious sake that was close to Tamagawa
It was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking it.
I will drink it slowly with Wakarimizu at 17.5

Cherry blossom viewing with yaezakura in the garden 🌸🌸
The sake was a gift from my wife.
The aroma is like that of Japanese sake.
It is delicious not only for its pungent taste that comes through to the nose, but also for its subtle sweetness.
Happiness to be able to drink from lightening time.
I had to work until past noon 😅
Hello, Pon-chan😄.
A sake brewer came to the department store and bought it because it looked delicious. My wife drinks more than me😅.
I also liked the voluminous cherry blossoms that were different from Someiyoshino🌸
On the way to the camp, I found "Arabashiri" in the mountains, so I bought it on the way back.
When I was tired, I opened the bottle.
Hmmm... Arabashiri" is the best.
Especially the umami and aroma are indescribable, and I feel like it raises the bar.
The "Arabashiri" season is almost over, but if you can find it, you know you have to buy it immediately...
Delicious...
The brewer was visiting a department store to explain about his brewery. I'm from deep in the mountains of Kyoto! He explained in good spirits and very politely.
We decided to have a drink at a friend's house after the cherry blossom viewing was canceled due to rain.
The sake is brewed traditionally and by hand in the village of Kitayama cedars and clear streams.
Freshness with a firm sweetness. I also enjoyed the lingering aftertaste.
