Taste: ★★☆☆☆☆
The taste is quite refreshing.
The sake brewer told me to put salt on cold tofu. I agree!
I personally prefer a little more fruitiness.
If you like dry and refreshing taste, this is good for you.

Hatsuhinode Kurabito Oshi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjozo Unfiltered Straight Filling
My wife bought it after tasting it in the basement of Tokorozawa Seibu.
Thank you!
I thought I've seen this label before, but we drank the same sake on the same day last year😅.
My wife had bought it at the same place that time because "the label looked delicious". He doesn't remember it, though. Are you ok?
Trolly sweetness. It has a spicy taste.
Alcohol 17.5, with a solid flavor.
Delicious, thanks to my wife😍.
Risshun Asashibori" is a time-consuming new sake that requires meticulous attention to unrefined fermentation in order to achieve the best sake quality on February 4, which is the first day of spring if this year. All employees work together from midnight on the day of Risshun to squeeze, bottle, label, and ship the sake on that day, which is a traditional event. The best way to drink sake is to drink it on that day. I will drink a lot of sake now.
(My opinion after drinking it)
This is freshly pressed new sake from the Haneda Sake Brewery in Kitayama, Kyoto.
When the bottle is opened, it has a rich ginjo aroma that is typical of new sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the full flavor of rice and the fruity aftertaste lingers in your throat. The taste is quite strong. It is a slightly dangerous sake that you can't stop drinking. It is a sake full of flavor with just the right balance of acidity and sweetness. It is characterized by a slightly sweet, full-bodied taste that is typical of Kyoto sake.
Fixed point of the weekend🍶.

Good morning, Koizo-san!
I'm so glad to see a fellow Haneda sake brewer who has not had many repos. I was able to sample some of the wooden vat brewed sake and it all tasted like delicious water! I'm going to try to reach 200 while putting the brakes on my excessive drinking 😁.
Good morning, Pon-chan!
Not Fushimi, Kyoto's sake 🍶 was delicious and very satisfying. But! The second half of the day I had a memory lapse 🤣There is such a thing as drinking at home 🤩I'm looking forward to reaching 200 bottles 😅I'll settle down once and for all.

It must have been fate that I met the brewery I was drawn to 😆 Kyoto also has a lot of good sake 🍶😃I'll be celebrating my 1st anniversary next month, but the number of check-ins is totally different 🤣.
mamiko-san, good evening 🤩The Ryu-ryoku is crowded with event stalls while the famous shopkeeper calls out 📣It's foul, isn't it⁉️ unbearably sad🥲It was right to call out to her. We'll be celebrating our one year anniversary soon ❣️😊.
This seasonal sake is brewed with Kyoto's sake rice "Kyo-no-Kiraki" polished to 60%. It is a new sake version of the same junmai nama sake. It is a pure sake brewed only with rice and rice malt. It is characterized by a thick throat and a refreshing crispness that only "new sake unfiltered" can provide.
Alcohol content: 17.5
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Sake meter : +2
Price : 1,485 yen (tax included)
Sake Brewer : Kyoto Haneda Shuzo
(My impression after drinking it)
It has a slightly yellowish appearance. There is a gorgeous citrusy ginjo aroma that stands up at room temperature. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a tingling sensation on your tongue. There is a gorgeous aroma that comes naturally only from the weight of the moromi. The fresh citrusy sake with acidity is a luxurious one that is still angular and rough, typical of "arabashiri," but not in quantity. I look forward to seeing how it changes as the day goes on.
