I thought I've seen this label before, but we drank the same sake on the same day last year😅. My wife had bought it at the same place that time because "the label looked delicious". Risshun Asashibori" is a time-consuming new sake that requires meticulous attention to unrefined fermentation in order to achieve the best sake quality on February 4, which is the first day of spring if this year. All employees work together from midnight on the day of Risshun to squeeze, bottle, label, and ship the sake on that day, which is a traditional event. The best way to drink sake is to drink it on that day. I will drink a lot of sake now. (My opinion after drinking it) This is freshly pressed new sake from the Haneda Sake Brewery in Kitayama, Kyoto. When the bottle is opened, it has a rich ginjo aroma that is typical of new sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the full flavor of rice and the fruity aftertaste lingers in your throat. The taste is quite strong. It is a slightly dangerous sake that you can't stop drinking. It is a sake full of flavor with just the right balance of acidity and sweetness. It is characterized by a slightly sweet, full-bodied taste that is typical of Kyoto sake.

This seasonal sake is brewed with Kyoto's sake rice "Kyo-no-Kiraki" polished to 60%. It is a new sake version of the same junmai nama sake. It is a pure sake brewed only with rice and rice malt. It is characterized by a thick throat and a refreshing crispness that only "new sake unfiltered" can provide. Alcohol content: 17.5 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter : +2 Price : 1,485 yen (tax included) Sake Brewer : Kyoto Haneda Shuzo (My impression after drinking it) It has a slightly yellowish appearance. There is a gorgeous citrusy ginjo aroma that stands up at room temperature. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a tingling sensation on your tongue. I like Tobu Department Store events and often go to see them without buying anything 😊I bought a bottle at the Kyoto long-established stores event in early fall 😊They don't do many Kyoto product stores, so I always look forward to it👍. 100% Gohyakumangoku from Kyoto, 50% polished rice, 17.5% alcohol by volume. Using the yeast "Kyo-no-Koi". Dry and dry mouthfeel as Mrs. ordered from the waitress 😋Kyoto sake is also delicious 👍This was my first Kyoto sake, but you won't find it in Utsunomiya 😅Thank you for the treat 🙏. I heard the Isodine song from the TV commercial in my side ear and was singing it in my mind... the lyrics have changed 😳I immediately searched and found that you gave up Isodine... after I'm home, I was wrong for a long time about the ding ding part of rattle ding ding ding 🤣. It's so different 🤭.

Excellent light junmai aroma: lots of rice and rice flour-like cereal notes, some milky dairy, and also banana, apple, pear, blueberry fruity notes too. The palate is smooth but comes in with a big punch of acid, before disappearing. What's left is a slightly thin, almost watery finish. Very drinkable, but I think the palate lets this one down a lot. There's nothing after the initial acid, and it feels a bit boring. 2.5/5 for the aroma

The brewery is located in the town of Keihoku, about an hour's drive from the center of Kyoto, in the northern part of the city, weaving its way through the beautiful Kitayama cedar mountains.
