September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable! On the day of opening the bottle, it had a neutral impression. Rather than the Tainai-san type that washes down as a food sake. I thought it was the type to stay close to you. From the second day onwards, the flavors come together and the sharpness from the sweetness is noticeable. It was delicious even when drunk on its own.
