Shichida純米吟醸 江里山棚田米

This time it is Shichida.
I had a bottle of Shichida junmai sake a while ago and got hooked on it, so I got another bottle,
I got another bottle of Junmai Ginjyo Eriyama Tanada Rice.
The color is clear and crystalline.
The top aroma is gentle and cool with hints of rice and banana.
The mouthfeel is gentle and slightly effervescent, and the clear, mineral-rich umami flavor flows refreshingly through the palate, which then slips away easily.
The base is the same though, with a strong sense of rice,
While the standard Reihou has the firm umami and sharpness typical of Saga sake with its chunky banana, the Tanada Rice has the same crisp, clear, mineral flavor,
Tanada rice has a different atmosphere due to the fact that it is shaved, and the taste is smooth and refreshing with a mild umami.
Both are good after all 🤔.
I'm a little tired, but there are only 2 months left until the end of the year.
I need the power to run through 💪✨.
I think I'll try heating up some tanada rice while mooning around.
