This sake was purchased last week at Kochi Prefecture's "Tosatosa" product store in KITTEOSAKA.
It is a small size, but I bought it for a taste.
It has a mild sweetness, followed by a light and crisp spiciness! The aftertaste is refreshing 😊.
This spiciness is good because we tend to have sweet sake at home!
I like to enjoy a variety of flavors when drinking at home, so I would like to have not only sweet sake, but also moderately spicy, refreshing sake, acidic sake, and several other kinds of sake on hand 😄.
