August 21, 2023 Dinner at home. At the supermarket I stopped by after work. I found some mebaru sashimi at the supermarket I stopped by after work. I took it home with some sake. The sake I chose was Shimantugawa sake, which I have not had for a long time. It has a gentle The sweetness and crisp, clean taste It is the best match for sashimi. It is not flashy but it is an excellent sake that goes well with meals. It is an excellent sake.

Get this one, too, at a reasonable price😋. This is a Junmai Ginjo sake, and I could taste the aroma and flavor of the rice malt with gusto. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm drawn to the wild side of things😅.

This is a sake from Kochi that is not often seen here. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is not fruity and has a nice, crisp junmai sake feel. The water must be good. It has a wonderful sharpness.
