Shiboritate Sparkling
Slightly dry, weak aroma (floral), weak attack, sharp, no thickness, no richness, simple, like soda juice, not a type of sake, refreshing
☆.
Sparkling🥂 yet 11% alcohol by volume‼️
Just the right amount of sweetness and fruity.
I can drink it in large gulps and get drunk easily.
I think it's the devil's 😈 drink 🤣𐤔
That's what I'm talking about 👏😊💕💕

Kiku-Masamune Sesession Houjun Shiboritate
500ml 858 yen 12-13% brewing alcohol
I bought a paper packet of Sesession in the past and found it quite interesting. This time I bought a bottle for my wife's father.
The juicy pluminess and the acidity that lingers on the tongue like rare cheese is like a dessert.
I was reminded that Kiku-Masamune continues to make interesting sake.
However, my wife's father frowned and said, "What the hell is this? He frowned.
It seems he failed the test of an old sake lover who grew up in Aomori.

Rice-sweet aroma. In the mouth, the banana aroma is spread from the caramel taste to the rice-sourness, and it can be squeezed dry. Vibrant and vigorous.
It has a clean and refreshing aroma, as one would expect from Kikumasamune.
For me personally,
I personally respect Kiku-Masamune, which is often served at long-established soba restaurants in Tokyo, as a standard sake.
The Kikumasamune barrel sake served at Namiki Yabu Soba in Asakusa is a true masterpiece of sake.
