A version of the Kikumasagi pack of raw sake that I often buy.
Is this the one you often see in cans?
It is even more fruity than the gimpak.
Delicious.
Here is a quote
This product is a fresh, unpasteurized sake made without any heat treatment (hi-ire) of Shiboritate Ginpak, which accentuates its freshness. It also offers a fruity aroma and freshness reminiscent of ripe apples, muscats, and melons.
A great barrel!
One position one cup so you can keep the keg locked away!
It's dry but the barrel gives a glimpse of fruity!
This one is also like the Neo Cup series 🍶.
Next month, I have the second exam for JSA wine expert, and recently I have been spending all my time studying wine tasting.
I am busy on weekdays, so I drink on weekends.
To be honest, it is hard for me to have to drink wine instead of sake, which I love, but I am trying my best.
← Of course, there are good things about wine, too.
Now that I've finished studying for the tasting, I'm going to have a glass of wine for the evening!
After all - I am - Kiku-Masamune!
Sake is really good 🙌I'm glad I'm Japanese😁My wife bought some bonito for me. It goes really well with it!
The reason why I took the wine expert test is because when I recommend sake to foreigners, I need to know about wine!
Fruity flavor and sugary sweetness.
It's like a carbonated juice that you can drink with just alcohol.
A little diluted and watery?

At a restaurant in Kamata. Royal road Kikumasamune.
Deeply aromatic and dry.
Perfect with sardine dishes.
The fat of the sardine is enhanced.
I drank the sashimi hot and the grilled sardines at room temperature.
Kannokai, Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, 100% Yamadanishiki from District Special A. The raw materials are exceptional.
Gentle aroma, soft mouthfeel, subtle peach-like sweetness, plum-like acidity, fade out after astringency, lingering sweetness.
I was overwhelmed by the level of Nada sake.
Kiku Masamune's Kikumasagin Nama Sake.
I've been following a lot of liquor stores and breweries on Instagram and I've been noticing their ads popping up a lot lately 😅.
I had it chilled 🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of banana and melon candy.
It's not that spectacular.
It is easy to drink with a moderate and mild sweetness in the mouth.
I think it has a clearer profile than the fire-roasted gimpak sold at convenience stores, but I think gimpak drunk at room temperature tastes better.
Actually, the gimpak is perfect 🤔⁉️
It was delicious 🍶.
Manachy 🤣.
I took this picture from the distance when I took the picture of the four-pack 😅.
I thought it was too small, but I already drank it, so please enlarge it 🤣.
I've seen it here and there, but never bought it because I could always get it. The aroma is full of oak aroma and the way it utilizes the sharpness and umami is amazing.
It's too reasonable, don't you think?
