At 10 percent alcohol, it is easy to drink, and the citrus fruit makes it easy for women to drink. I like to drink it cold on a hot day. A cup of this quantity is just right.
The number of PB packaged sake products is increasing, but they are posted at the manufacturing brewery.
I bought it, thinking it might contain something around "rich". It is a freshly stored sake made from rice, rice malt, and brewer's alcohol, and is labeled as slightly dry and light at 13%. It is the same as Kiku-Masamune's regular sake "Nada no Shiboritate Nama-no Nama-no Nama-no-Shiboritate Nama-Shu". It is light and drinkable like water, with no unpleasant sake odor or bitterness.
We finished it over the course of a month. We use packaged sake for cooking, so I think we drank about 70% of it. After a month, the aroma disappeared and a slight bitterness was felt at the end. Before drinking it, I expected it to be from the Ginpak area, but I had a different impression. I also thought it was not suitable for warming up. Maybe they should start selling this in the summer.

Very wonderful!!! Extremely clear, soft in the mouth, with a very pleasant fruity aroma, and toffee, nutty notes. The finish is very long!
Pairing: peanuts
Clouds: moon and stars. Magpies flying south.

Unexpectedly, we were surprised by the high evaluation of ①.
I imagined excessive woody aroma from the barrel and Masu, but it was just right and exquisite at room temperature.
Sorry to everyone in the warming club!
Kiku Masamune and Suntory collaborative spirit with the addition of the original whiskey. The first light smoky flavor, followed by fig flavor, the overall level is very clear and recommendable. In Chengdu Hejiu SAKEBAR
Today, we opened a bottle of "Kiku-Masamune" special junmai sake brewed with Hyogo Koishiki, a fantastic sake rice grown exclusively for Kiku-Masamune with Yamadanishiki as its parent.
The gorgeous ginjo aroma spreads softly. The first sip is a machete-like cut with a robust umami flavor that quickly passes down the throat. We served it cold, but since it is a high alcohol (18% alcohol by volume) sake, it can be enjoyed warmed.
A bottle that will change your image of Kiku-Masamune. Delicious. ❗️
It is a relatively conscientious brewer, even for a major company. It tasted like a muscat-flavored Niigata sake, which even non-drinkers would feel comfortable with. Compare with Gikyo. The company's Kamisen Nama Hashiroshi Junmai is the only brand that can be drunk in a packet. It is surprisingly priced at less than 1,000 yen for a four-pack.
